Our Standard Booking Procedure !

1st Collect as much information and details as possible from your client or event, so

Location ( City, Nation etc.. )

Make an estimate of how many people will come to the event (What kind of people ? (teens, employees, top management etc.))

Private party, paid concert or free concert
04

Indoor or outdoor
05

If the artist must come from abroad,please mention if there is an airport or railstation in the area ?If so, what is the distance (inkm)?
06

If youare not looking for a certain artist(s), please mention your budget.
07

Should the artist(s) perform Live, Tape, Voice over Tape, Live with live orchestra etc.
08

Is there a visa needed for your country ?
09

What is the date for the event ? or are there more dates ?
10 If the artist(s) are not available for the date, do you want us to look for an alternative ?

 

2nd Call or send us an e-mail with all the details ( more details makes life easier for both parties ). We willsend aconfirmation thatwe have received your request.Than we willgive a listwith possibilities of different artists to match your request or if you alreadyhave an artist(s) in mind, we will proceed to the next stage.

 

3rd We will contact the artists and/or his management tosee if he/she is availlable for this date and to check if he/she is interested toconfirm the request. We will place an option if he/she is availlable and willing to do the show. ( Not all artists will do all shows, they are in a position todecide what they like to doornot ! That is why they always ask for all details given above)

 

4th We will getback to you with all the details and with a final price/fee and possible extra costs ( flights, tourmanager, hotel etc.. if needed )

 

5th If you or your client agrees, we will make a contract with payment details.

 

6th If all payments are madecorrectly , the artist(s) will arrive at your venue at the agreed date and time. ( ifno problems occurduringthe triplike strikes, plane crashes, weather problems ( plane won't leave airport and such things )).

 

So if you provide us with as much information and details as possible , everyone(the artist(s), your client and you) have a much easier life.
